Ken's smile was infectious. You couldn't have a bad day when Ken was there. If you needed help Ken was the first one to step up. But, Ken's greatest attribute was his passion for family. He would light up whenever he spoke of his children or grandchildren. We'll miss our friend. There will forever be a void in our hearts for the man we're grateful to have called our friend. Oh. Then there were those fishing stories ... we're sure he is up there laughing about that advice!

Ken was such a kind man. I enjoyed seeing him in the hallways and shops at the school where he was a frequent visitor. He always had a smile and such a wonderful way about him. A very special guy who will be greatly missed. Please take comfort in knowing how many lives he touched. My sincere sympathies are with his family and friends.

To the Thayer Family,
The entire South Shore Vo-Tech community is grieving the loss of our beloved friend Kenny. He worked tirelessly to help our students and staff. We were very fortunate to have him as an advocate for vocational education in the town of Cohasset. I know how proud Kenny was of his children and grandchildren. We all miss him terribly.
