Dear Reagan Family,
Mike and I want to express our condolences. I have known Bill for the past 15 years and he always kept me on my toes. Everything needed to be balanced to the penny and if a download was off he was the first one to call. He took pride in giving us a heads up and I think he secretly wanted us to put him on the payroll as an auditor. He will be missed. We are blessed to have know such a great man, serving both his country and his family. Peace and Love to you all.
