Biography

RICHARD F. FELL, Esquire, age 84, of Scituate, formerly of Hyde Park passed away February 20, 2010. He was the beloved husband of the late Joanne (Marvin) Fell and the beloved father of Nancy Santiano and her husband, Philip of Scituate, and Laura Wallace and her husband, Joseph of Norwell. Mr. Fell was the brother of Lawrence Fell, Raymond Fell and the late John and Walter Fell. He was the grandfather of Amy, Philip, and Danny Santiano of Scituate and Grace, Oliver and Tommy Wallace of Norwell.

Mr. Fell was a veteran of WW II, serving in the US Navy. He was aboard and a survivor of the USS Fiske when it was attacked and sank. He was a graduate of Suffolk Law School and Mr. Fell practiced law in Hyde Park until his retirement in 2000. He also was the former Acting Clerk of the West Roxbury District Court.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours Monday from 4-7 pm at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (off Rt. 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center.

Funeral Mass

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 at 10 am in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate Harbor, MA.

Interment Union Cemetery, Scituate.
