Bettie E. (Kolenda) Capozzoli

Bettie E. (Kolenda) Capozzoli, age 73, of Cohasset, passed away on August 4, 2018 with family at her side. Bettie is the beloved wife of Peter M. Capozzoli and the loving mother of Peter M. Capozzoli, II and wife Kristin Foord of Hermosa Beach, CA and Daniella E. McGibbon and husband Nigel of Brockton, MA. She is the adoring grandmother of Alexandra and Mia Capozzoli of CA and Aliyah, Enzo, Alicia, Elijah and Logan McGibbon of Brockton. Bettie was the loving sister of Katherine Bowers of Norwood, Lorraine Weeden of Marshfield and Francis “Chip” Kolenda of Dandridge, TN. Bettie is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bettie was a gift to her family and all who knew her. Her kindness and generosity were limitless, especially toward her children and grandchildren, who were most precious to her. She loved to travel and thoroughly enjoyed the ocean, especially the beaches of Bermuda. Bettie was Co-Owner of Cohasset Imports, Inc. with her husband Peter.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a visiting hour on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 9-10 am in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 160 So. Main St. (Across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Interment private.
