Due to weather and circumstances beyond anyone's control, services for Mr. Goff are postponed until Tuesday March 6, 2018 at 10 am in St. Amthony Church, Cohasset.
Richard Philip Goff, 64, of Scituate formerly of Cohasset, passed away peacefully at home on Feb 11th after a long battle with cancer. Ricky was the founder and operator of Richard Goff & Sons Carpentry for over 35 years. He was an avid Boston sports fan and outdoorsman. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, George H. Mealy Post #118.
Ricky loved spending time with his sons and grandson.
He is the son of the late Phyllis (Racette) Goff and Edward Goff Sr. and stepson of the late Beth Goff. He leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years Ann Marie (Ryan) Goff, his 2 sons Ryan and Brendan, as well as the joy of his life, grandson Brayden. Ricky also leaves behind many brothers and sisters including Edward Goff Jr (Jane) of Cohasset, Nancy Goff Hatch (Matthew) of Florida, Rhonda Goff Clarizo (Jack) of Arizona, Mark Goff (Lisa) of Florida and Keith Goff of Florida. He is also survived by a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, aunts and uncles. Funeral
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday March 6, 2018 at St. Anthony’s in Cohasset at 10am which will be followed by a brief service at the Woodside Cemetery.
