Albert R. Ewart, age 94, of Norwell, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 4, 2022. Loving husband of the late Rita M. (Daniels) Ewart. Beloved father of Kerry Jeanne O'Hara and husband Donald of East Bridgewater, Jane Elizabeth Ewart of Norwell, John Albert Ewart and wife Barbara of Middleboro, and Craig Hamilton Ewart of Norwell. Loving and adoring Grandfather of Christi, Jenifer, Joshua, Marc, Sean, Megan, Todd, Stephen and Courtney and 15 great-grandchildren. Son of the late Albert J. and Susan (Hamilton) Ewart. Brother of Jeanne Sewall of Bath, ME, and the late Jane Ewart, Elizabeth Traynor and Rosena McHardie.

Mr. Ewart was born and raised in Norwell and graduated from Norwell High School. He worked in shipping and logistics for a local pneumatic scale company. Albert was also known for refinishing antique furniture pieces.

Family will privately celebrate Albert. If desired, donations to honor him may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute,Boston, MA. Special thanks to the Hospice of the South Shore for their care of Albert.
