Alison E. Hunter, age 29, of Norwell, passed away suddenly on Dec. 6, 2014. Proud mother of William A. Hunter. Beloved daughter of Cindy A. (Cushen) Hunter and the late Bruce A. Hunter. Devoted sister of Bonnie L. Morrissey and husband Mike of Scituate; Brian D. Hunter of Norwell; Christine Hunter Jeas and husband Dean of New Hampshire; Annie L.  Hunter of Weymouth; and Candace Corthell and husband Larry of Plymouth. Granddaughter of Elizabeth Clary and husband William of East Harwich. Proud aunt of Destiny, Layne, Andrew, Ainsley, and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Ali loved all animals, especially cats, and loved working as a veterinary technician. She was a graduate of South Shore Vo Tech.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 at 10 am in Church Hill Cemetery, Norwell. Visiting hours Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014 from 4-8 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (off Rt. 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Ali may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, 10 Chandler St., Boston, MA. 02116.
