Brenda E. (Curran) Gotter, age 66, of Scituate, May 14, 2011 at home
surrounded by family and friends. Beloved wife of Thomas. L. Gotter and
devoted mother of Stephen J., Shannon L. Basler and her husband
Lawrence, Kristen M. Gotter, all of Scituate. Grandmother of Madeline L.
Monahan, Nicholas T. Basler, and Sean M. Basler, all of Scituate. Sister
of Bartley J. Curran of Hanson, and the late Patricia A. Henderson.
Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late
Bartholomew and Marion (Ford) Curran.

The highlights of Brenda's life were her grandchildren, her family, her
many friends, and her daily prayers. She was a faithful servant of God
and shared that faith with so many people. She was an avid reader and
passed on her love of books to her children and grandchildren. She
loved cooking, gardening, and the time she shared with her book club and
prayer groups. She will be missed and remembered by all who were
touched by her.

Service Information

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 10 am in
St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate Harbor.
