Charlotte L. (Carroll) Beaman, "Chickie"- age 87, of Norwell, died peacefully on December 5, 2010. Chickie was the beloved wife of the late Aubrey W. "Speedy" Beaman and the loving mother of Tracy Brese and her husband, Bill Stranahan of Norwell, and John Beaman and his wife, Brenda of Burleson, TX. She was the devoted grandmother of Robin Brese of Providence, RI, Holly Brese of Weymouth, and Aaron Beaman and his wife, Jenny of Texas. Chickie is also survived by her loving great-grandson, Aaden Beaman.

Chickie was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal.
