Donna M. O'Connor (Williams), of Scituate, and Naples, FL.,and formerly of Cohasset, died on December 28th, 2024  after a brief illness at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Stephen J. O'Connor. Loving mother of Caryn Collombet of Grenoble, France, Kim Van Etten of Winter Park, FL, Lauren Boole and her husband Dana of Raleigh, NC., and Stephen J. Jr. of Marshfield. Beloved grandmother to Jenna Van Etten and her husband Evan Kendall, Kelsey Owen and her husband Brewer, Taylor Boole, Cory and Ryan Collombet, and Stephen J., III and Sara O'Connor. Sister of Judith Lavelle of Chelmsford and late Richard Williams. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews.

The daughter of the late Thomas and Marion Williams, she was raised in Milton, MA and graduated from Lasell College. She workers as a legal secretary in the late 50's in Boston and then in Washington, DC., while her late husband Stephen O'Connor pursued his medical studies at Georgetown University.

Donna was an avid golfer, a member of the Cohasset Golf Club and Pelican Marsh Golf Club, Naples, FL. She enjoyed traveling around the world with her husband Steve and friends from the medical community. In her younger years, she enjoyed playing tennis and skiing, especially when she and Steve spent time at their vacation home in Quechee, VT.  Donna was also known for her elegant style and grace. She also had a love for antiques which she showcased in her beautiful homes.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 2nd, 2024 in the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer Street, COHASSET from 4-7 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10 am at the St. Anthony's Parish, 2 Summer Street, Cohasset, MA. Interment will immediately follow the Mass at the Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.
