Edna P. (Riordan) Parker, age 84, of Scituate, formerly of Roxbury, May 18, 2010 at home with family after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Gerard T. Parker and the loving mother of Steven G. and David G., both of Scituate and Christopher G. of Hyannis. Edna was the sister of Regina Towner of Boston, Marion Mellon of Marshfield and Donna Riordan of Boston and the late Charles Riordan of Kingston. Grandmother of Timothy, Craig, Michael and Sean.

Edna was a ten year employee of the Boston Herald and worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Dept. of Environment.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on June 12, 2010 at 10 am in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate Harbor.
