Edwin H. Pratt, age 92 of Cohasset, passed away on April 7, 2016. Eddie was a devoted and loving husband to Eileen (Andrews) for 70 years.  Beloved father of Glenn Pratt and his wife Linda of Cohasset, Sheralyn Craig and her late husband James of Maryland and the late Dr. Vaughan Pratt and his wife Dolly of Manila, Philippines.  He was a wonderful and loving Grampie to seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Eddie was a life-long resident of Cohasset and an employee of the Cohasset Water Department for 23 years. As Superintendent of the Cohasset Water Department, he oversaw the planning, development and construction of the Cohasset Aaron River reservoir and the Lily Pond water treatment facility in the late 1970s. Eddie was a proud veteran of World War II, having served in the South Pacific Theater with the 594th Army Amphibious Engineers.

A private family burial will be held at Woodside Cemetery and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
