Eileen Graney North of Fort Lauderdale FL, summer resident of Marshfield and longtime member of the Scituate Harbor Yacht Club, passed away Jan. 30th, 2013, at the age of 65.
Eileen was the beloved wife of Kenneth North; loving mother of Ted North and his wife Debbie of Chicago; Heather Roy and her husband Jean-Yves Roy of Marshfield and loving grandmother of Dominique, Gabrielle, Austin, and Ava. Eileen was the sister of Roberta Collins and her husband Bud, Michael Graney and his wife Pat, Sheila Ekendiz and her husband Okay, Edward Graney and his wife Charlotte, and the late Maura Graney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Feb. 4th, 2013 from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home at 1 Summer Street in Cohasset. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St Mary's Nativity located at 1 Kent Street in Scituate Harbor followed by a burial at Couch Cemetery on Union Street in Marshfield.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Melanoma Foundation of New England, 111 Old Rd to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742.
