Fay L. (Thomas) Joseph, age 86 of Norwell passed away on March 8, 2017, hours before her husband Spencer A. "Skip" Joseph passed away. Survived by Skip's children, Spencer "Skip" Joseph of Duxbury, Andrea Lohr of Mooresville, NC, Russell Joseph of North Point, FL. Fay was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Baldwin. Sister of Roger W. Thomas and wife Sava of New York City, Karen Thomas of Kentucky, and Phyllis Haskell of Uxbridge. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graduate of Norwell High School in 1947, Fay worked for many years at Rockland Trust Company. During her time at Rockland Trust, she earned the title of "Certified Professional Secretary" through a program sponsored by the National Secretaries Assoc., Quincy Chapter.

Family and Friends will gather to celebrate Fay and Skip during visiting hours on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 3-7 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (Rt. 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10 am at Church Hill Cemetery, Norwell, followed immediately by a Memorial Service at 11 am at the First Parish Unitarian Church of Norwell, 24 River Street, Norwell, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Fay may be made to a charity of one's choice.
