Frances "Jane" Pescatore of Cohasset passed away peacefully, at age 79, on Friday November 28th, 2025 with her family at her side after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

Beloved wife of Peter Pescatore.  Loving mother of Matthew and his wife Jessie in Carlisle, Christopher and his wife Grace in Cohasset, and Noah in Weymouth and wonderful grandchildren Emmett, Arthur and Pearl.

Born in Dayton, OH to the late Catherine and Francis Chamberlin, she leaves her late sister Kathleen and surviving brother Edward.  She graduated from Ohio State in 1969 and moved to Massachusetts where she became one of the founding members of Epsilon Data Management, was a Senior Manager at Polaroid for many years then left there to raise her children until returning to work in the Cohasset School System, becoming the Assistant Business Manager for the district before retiring in 2018.

Jane was devoted to her children and family life.  She was an avid tennis player, a prolific knitter who loved to travel, ski and sail.  She was a gourmet cook who would also make pizza for everyone for any occasion.  She was generous with her time and efforts for many causes and was active in the town's PSO and served as a member of the School Committee.  Jane will be missed beyond measure.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 4-7pm at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home-1 Summer Street, Cohasset, MA. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

A memorial service and a private burial will be held in the near future.  In lieu of flowers or other memorial gifts, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Research Fund at www.alz.org
