Gail S. Neff

Gail S. Neff of Arlington, MA.

Sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Died peacefully on January 13, 2026 after a long illness.

Born on August 28, 1939 in Long Beach Calf. Raised in Cohasset, MA.

She was the daughter of Albert and Alice Neff.

After graduating from Cohasset high school Gail began making costumes, originally in the midwest and then in NYC. Gail then began a career which allowed her a chance to travel the world. She eventually moved back to Boston to handle complicated corporate travel. During this time she continued to be active in community theater including Arlington Friends of the Drama and the Belmont Dramatic Club. She developed close ties to the people who also volunteered at the theaters. These friends formed her social family. She is survived by her brother Jerry and his wife Grace. Her nephews Paul (Heather) and Daniel (Allison), Cousin Sally Seaver and many friends.

Burial will be delayed until futher notice due to inclement weather.

There will be a Memorial Service on Feb. 1, 2026 at 11:00am at the Arlington Friends of the Drama. 22 Academy St. Arlington, MA 02474. Relatives and friends invites to attend.
