Geraldine E. Ainslie, 80, of Cohasset, MA, passed away on April 24, 2025.  Born in Boston, MA to the late Ashley and Constance (Stoughton) Jones.  She was a lifelong resident of Cohasset.

Geraldine, lovingly known as Gerry, began her studies in nursing but life took a different path into accounting.  Working in the banking industry and finally retiring from Talbots, allowing her time to enjoy her family.  Gerry was devoted to God and those within her church family.  She enjoyed the time of worship, fellowship, and believed in their mission to help others.

Gerry leaves behind the love of her life, Dick, just shy of their 60th wedding anniversary.  Together since the seventh grade, they built a beautiful home and family.  Her pride and joy will miss her immensely - daughter Pam, son Rick (Joann), grandchildren - Jackson, Mason and Hannah (Steven).

She leaves her siblings Janice, Marion and Tom (Rita), along with brother-in-law, Sherwood (Cora), nephews, nieces and cousins.  Predeceased by her sister, Judy.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Church Hill United Methodist Church, 11 Church Street, Norwell, Massachusetts.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
