Gertrude E. (Driscoll) Crowley, of Scituate, age 81, August 29th, 2010 peacefully at home. Gertrude was the beloved wife of the late Harold J. Crowley and the devoted mother of Trudy Crowley (Bull) and her husband, Jeffrey Bilger of East Falmouth, Francis Crowley and his wife, Michelle of Whitman, Maryanna Hanlon of Scituate, Patricia Norris and her husband, William of North Quincy. Sister of Walter Driscoll and Maryanna Driscoll of Dorchester. Cherished Grammie of Jason and Timothy Crowley, Bill, Christine, and Joseph Norris, Brian and Katie Hanlon. Gertrude was the great-grandmother of Amanda Crowley and Ryan Norris.

Trudy was "A Loyal Friend and Jolly Companion." She was a school bus driver for the Town of Scituate.

Visiting hours

Visiting hours on Thursday, September 2nd from 4-8 pm at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across St. Anthony's Church), Cohasset.

Service Information

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Nativity, 1 Kent St., Scituate Harbor, at 10 am on Friday, September 3, 2010.

Interment Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate, following the Funeral Mass.
