Gertrude H. Daneau of Columbus, GA formerly of Norwell, MA on September 29th, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Elphege Arthur Daneau. Devoted mother of the late Pamela Christensen and her husband Glenn Christensen, Paul Daneau and his wife Edna Daneau, and Julia Daneau. Loving grandmother of Paul Daneau Jr. and his wife Dominique, Christopher Daneau, Jason Christensen and his wife Melissa, and Matthew Christensen. Cherished great-grandmother of Aiden Wulf and Annabella Christensen.

Gertrude was very active in the Norwell community including the Norwell Historical Society, Council on Aging, Cemetery Committee, and Norwell Citizen of the Year 2011.

Family and friends invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, October 10th between 4-7pm at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home-30 Central Street, Norwell, MA. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, October 11th at 10AM at the Washington Street Cemetery, Norwell, MA. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
