Harold E. Blanchard, Jr. of Scituate, MA on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Loving son of the late Harold Blanchard, Sr. and the late Marion (Kiernan) Blanchard. Loving brother of Barbara Blanchard of Scituate and the late Ronald Blanchard.

Harold serviced proudly in the United States Airforce from 1955 to 1961 then in the Navy in Vietnam and the Cuban Missile Crisis from 1962 to 1971. He earned the National Defense service medal and the Vietnam service medal. After his service, Harold retired from the Town of Scituate Water Dept. as a meter technician. Harold is survived by many cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, Jan. 9th, 2023 from 8:30-9:30am at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home-1 Summer St. COHASSET, MA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Jan. 9th at 10AM at the St. Mary of the Nativity Church-1 Kent St. Scituate. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Scituate.
