Jacquelyn R. (Ford) McGuire, age 81, of Cohasset, passed away on February 1, 2013 with family at her side. Beloved wife of the late William T. McGuire and the devoted mother of Elizabeth Shaughnessy and husband, Joseph and Kathleen M. Adams and husband Joseph, all of Cohasset. Sister of Dorothy Evans of So. Boston. Grandmother of Grace and Shane Shaughnessy and Tara Adams.

Mrs. McGuire was the Assistant Town Clerk for Cohasset.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 from 4-8 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset. Interment Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.  In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Mrs. McGuire may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA. 02472.
