James F. Lydon, age 75, of Twin Mountain, NH, formerly of Cohasset, passed away on March 6, 2018 after a brief illness. Mr. Lydon was a 35 year resident of Cohasset, before retiring to Twin Mountain, NH. He was the owner of Lydon and Murphy Insurance in Norwood, MA. for over 40 years. Mr. Lydon was a member of the Cohasset Yacht Club, Scituate Country Club and the Mount Washington Golf Club.

James was the loving husband of Joanne M. Lydon and the beloved father of Jacqueline Stephens and husband Andrew of Cohasset, Jeffrey Lydon of Scituate and the late James F. Lydon, Jr and his surviving wife Kathryn of Cohasset. Mr. Lydon was the loving grandfather of six grandchildren and the brother of Gerald Lydon of NJ and Susan Murray of Hingham.

Services for Mr. Lydon will be private and a later date.
