Jared R. O'Donnell, age 30, of Quincy, passed away suddenly October 19, 2014. A Native of Scituate, Jared enjoyed sports of all kinds and spending time with his family and friends. He was employed as a member of the Labor Union #133. A Friend of Bills, Jared fought a valiant battle against addiction.

Jared was predeceased by his mother, Donna Francis. He is survived by his beloved daughter, MacKenzie O'Donnell, father Terry O'Donnell and wife, Debbie of Scituate, brother Jamie O'Donnell and friend Becky Simon of Quincy, Ryan O'Donnell and wife Jennifer of Hanover, Matthew O'Donnell of Scituate, step-brother and sister, Kevin Kelleher of Plymouth and Kristen Whitehouse of Norwell. Uncle of four loving nieces.

Services for Jared will be private. Donations to honor Jared and assist his daughter may be made to the MacKenzie O'Donnell Scholarship Fund, c/o Rockland Trust, 77 Front Street, Scituate, MA. 02066.
