Jerome Franks Smith, of Scituate, passed away April 24, 2014 at the age of 61.  Son of Virginia Franks Smith and the late W. Hampton Smith.  Father of Juliette Laaka of Cushing, ME.  Brother of Deane Coady of Brookline; Hampton Smith Jr. of Scituate; Dana Smith of Hayward, CA; Christopher Smith of Duxbury; and Martha Flanagan of Scituate.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St.(across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset.  A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10 a.m., St. Anthony Church, Cohasset.
