John L. Bongarzone, age 49, of Hull, passed away on December 16, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Adored son of Hortencia M. (Agilera) and the late Joseph L. Bongarzone. Cousin of Mary Bongarzone of Hull, Joseph Bongarzone of Hanover, Ann Bongarzone of Hull, Cecelia Barbuto of Hull, and James Barbuto Jr. of Hull. Godson of James Barbuto III of California and Teresa Martoca of New York.

John was a graduate of Norwich University, Class of 1986. He was an avid pilot and worked as aircraft broker.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10 am in St. Mary of the Assumption Parish at St. Ann Church, 208 Samoset Ave., Hull, MA. 02045. Visiting hours Thursday, Dec. 19 from 2-4 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset, MA. 02025. Interment Hull Village Cemetery, Hull, MA.
