John P. Webb, age 75, native and lifelong resident of Scituate, passed away on June 23, 2011 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Mary Jane (Groden) and devoted father of Kristen Webb, Kara Webb, and Seth Webb, loving grandfather to three grandchildren, Jack, Henry and John Michael and uncle to many adoring nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters, Priscilla Shea and Meredith King both of Scituate.

Mr. Webb was a veteran having served with the US Marine Corps. He attended Boston College and was a graduate of Northeastern University and Suffolk Law School and subsequently worked for many years as an attorney.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 10 am in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate Harbor. Interment private.
