Joseph Thomas O'Connor, age 74, of Norwell, formerly of Sea Cliff, NY., passed away peacefully on January 4, 2012. Beloved husband of Karen (Bergren). Brother of the late Richard O'Connor of Santa Barbara, CA. Uncle of Kimberly Lane and Tracey Sabo, both of Long Island, NY.

Mr. O'Connor taught English and Latin at North Shore Public Schools in Long Island for over 32 years.

Visiting hours on Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 1-2 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (off Rt 123, near state police barracks), Norwell Center, with a Funeral Service at 2 pm.
