Keith Perry Herzog, age 38, of Cohasset, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2017. Loving father of Wilder Herzog and Monty Grant, and best friend to their mother Amanda Montgomery Herzog all of Cohasset. Beloved son of Scott A. and Jayne (Figueiredo) Herzog of Cohasset. Loving brother of Scott A.T. Herzog, II of Norwell and Timothy J. Herzog and wife Sharyn of Rockland. Adored uncle of PJ Butler, Callie Herzog and Timothy J. Herzog, II all of Rockland, Ella Montgomery and Charlie Montgomery of Hull, MA. Grandson of Mary Jell of Arizona and Jean Figueiredo of Cohasset. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Keith attended South Shore Vo-Tech and was a graduate of Cohasset High School. He was an avid outdoorsman who had a passion for hiking, mountain biking, and had climbed every mountain in the White Mountains of NH. He worked for the Appalachian Mountain Club, maintaining trails for other hikers. He was a lobsterman out of Cohasset Harbor, owning and operating the Miss Jayne.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Keith on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 4-8 pm in the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 160 So. Main St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset, MA. 02025. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Keith may be made to Father Bills Place, 422 Washington Street, Quincy, MA. 02169.
