Kevin W. Soule, of Cohasset, age 67, passed away suddenly on November 10, 2012. Loving son of the predeceased George E. and Eleanor V. (O'Brien) Soule. Survived by his brother George E. Soule, Jr. and wife, Barbara of Whitman, and a sister, Elizabeth A. Soule of Cohasset. Beloved uncle of Steven G. Soule and wife, Dianne of Hanson and Karen E. McHugh and husband, Kevin of Weymouth. Also survived by two grandnieces, Madison L. Soule and Jordyn M. Soule of Hanson, as well an aunt and many cousins.

Kevin was a graduate of Cohasset High School, class of 1965. He retired from the Cohasset School System after 36 years as a custodian and bus driver. He was recently working part-time at Frank Williams Landscape Supplies in Cohasset. At one time he was a Call Fireman in Cohasset. He was an Elk at the Weymouth Lodge.

Some of Kevin's greatest pleasures was going to car and truck shows, and driving heavy equipment. Kevin's love of travel led him to visit countries of his ancestry as well as North America, Europe and the Caribbean. He was a lifelong resident of Cohasset and was very active in the community. He was very proud of being an 11th generation descendent of the Mayflower. Kevin had a passion for birds, animals, nature and loved working in his yard.

Kevin will be remembered as a happy, kind and gentle soul. He was loved and will be missed by all.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at 10:30 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 from 3-7 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset. Interment Knollwood Cemetery, Canton. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Kevin can be made to a charity of one's choice.
