Leslie Ann Fallon
COHASSET — Leslie Ann Fallon, age 78, died peacefully with her children by her side on June 13, 2026.
Leslie will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, grace, and her ability to make family, friends, and even acquaintances feel welcome and cared for.
Leslie leaves her daughter, Catherine A. Fallon; her son, R. Michael Fallon; her daughter-in-law, Alexandra Goncalves; her beloved granddaughter, Sofia Fallon; and her brother, W. Kevin Fitzgerald. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Fallon, and her parents, William and Ann Fitzgerald.
Leslie was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to William (“Bill”) and Ann Fitzgerald. She graduated from Brimmer and May School, attended Lake Erie College, and earned a master’s degree in education from Boston University.
Leslie began her career as a special education reading teacher before dedicating herself to raising her family and later serving as a trustee of the family real estate business founded by her father. She built a life rich in family, friendship, travel, and the arts.
Leslie loved the Cohasset home she and her husband, Richard, built together, where she found great joy in entertaining family and friends. A talented cook and enthusiastic traveler, she especially enjoyed exploring Europe and sharing new experiences with those she loved. She was a lifelong supporter of the arts and was a patron of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, a member of the Society of the Four Arts and The Beach Club in Palm Beach, and the Cohasset Golf Club.
A devoted daughter, Leslie cared lovingly for her mother throughout her later years and remained by her side until her passing at the age of 97.
Leslie was thoughtful, genuine, honest, and deeply loyal to her family and friends. Known for her warm smile, easy laugh, and genuine interest in others, she formed lasting friendships wherever she went. One of the greatest joys of her life was becoming a grandmother to Sofia and watching her grow. Her warmth, curiosity, and love of beauty will be remembered by all who knew her, and most especially by the family and friends she cherished.
Interment will be private. A memorial service celebrating Leslie’s life will be held at First Parish Church in Cohasset on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Leslie’s memory to Head Start of Massachusetts, the Friends of the Cohasset Library, or another charity meaningful to you.
