Marc V. Geddes, 59, of Cohasset, MA passed away on September 27, 2024 at Brigham and Women's Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Weymouth, MA in 1965, the son of Vincent Geddes and Nancy (Lawson) Berberick. Marc found peace walking his dogs down at the Hull gut at sunset. He loved playing cribbage with his cousin, watching his beloved Boston Bruins, and – more than anything – spending time with his kids. At the age of 17, Marc met Debra, his high school sweetheart. Though life took them in different directions, they reconnected and fell in love once again. Marc and Debra, whom he called his first love and his last love, cherished every moment they shared together.

He was the devoted husband of Debra (Singerman), the brother of Amy (Michael) Lutz of Kingston, MA and Kelly Geddes of Epsom, NH. He shared five beautiful children with Sasha (Robert) Jacobs – Michael (Sarah) Geddes of Halifax, MA; Dereck Sullivan, and Gregory, Nina, and Mae Geddes all of Cohasset, MA. He was a loving stepfather to Jake, Hannah, and Sam Wallinger all of Cheshire, CT. He is also survived by his nieces Jessica (John) Baranowski and Lillian Geddes.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life on Sunday, October 6th at Local 02045, 2 A Street, Hull, MA from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Per Marc's wishes the burial will be private.
