Marie L. Silha, age 95, formerly of LaCrosse, WI. died on Oct. 9, 2010, while residing at Queen Anne's Nursing Home in Hingham, Massachusetts. Born in LaCrosse in 1915 the daughter of the late Bernard and Cora Dockendorff, Marie graduated from Aquinus High School in 1932 and married the late Leslie Silha. Mother of the late Barbara Wanta. Sister of Imelda Wright of Tomah, Wi and Mark Dockendorff of Wyoming, Minnesota. She lived most of her life in the Milwaukee area and spent the last decade living in suburban Boston near her only grandchild, Eric Wanta and his wife Holly, of Scituate Ma. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Kade and August.

Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery in Lacrosse, Wi at 11:30 am on Nov. 2, 2010.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset, Ma on Oct. 15, 2010.
