Mark S. Higgins

Mark S. Higgins, A Construction Foreman born and raised in Norwell, MA died unexpectedly at his home in Parrish Florida at the age of 69.

Mark was the son of Robert F. Higgins and Judith Higgins Ripley of Norwell. He was the husband of the late Barbara Miller Higgins, and brother of John J. Higgins (Kim Higgins) of Pembroke MA and Christie A Higgins of Middleboro MA.

Mark leaves behind his sons, Robert Higgins (Kelly Muzio Higgins), Shawn Higgins (Kimberly Beaver Higgins) both from Colonie, NY. Stepsons Todd Duche of Sarasota, FL and James Connors of Rockland, MA. He is predeceased by stepson Glenn Duche. Mark was grandfather to Kaleigh, Molly, Connor and Lilly Higgins and Brett Pizzi.

Mark was born in Norwell on October 12, 1956 and graduated from Norwell High School in 1974. Mark was a US Army Veteran and spent over four decades in civil construction in and around Massachusetts and was well respected by all he associated with in the industry.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services from 3-6 PM on Saturday, February 28th at the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central Street, Norwell. The burial will be private.
