Mary M. (Moran) McRae, age 89, of Duxbury, formerly of Scituate, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2012.  Beloved wife of the late James F. McRae, Jr. , and the devoted mother of Mary C. McRae of Scituate, Theresa Moylan and her husband Chuck of Pembroke, and William McRae of Quincy. Sister of the late William, George, Joe, John Moran and Katherine Hoyt. Loving grandmother of Amanda, Colleen, Katie, Matt, Tony, Derek, and Jeremy and great-grandmother of Logan.

Mary was a long time member of St. Mary of the Nativity Church in Scituate. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Foreign Wars, Scituate Post. Mary also worked for many years for the Scituate Schools Food Service Department.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at 10 am in St. Mary of the Nativity Catholic Church, Scituate Harbor. Visiting hours Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 from 5-8pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (off Rt. 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center, MA. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Scituate.
