Mary L. (Skorker) Pasteris, age 79, of Plympton, formerly of Norwell and Halifax, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on January 3, 2024.

Mary was the loving wife of the late William R. Pasteris Sr. Devoted mother of Deborah A. Hogan and husband Peter of Halifax, William R. Pasteris Jr and wife Holly of Kingston, and John "Jay" Pasteris and wife Chrissy of Hanover. Nana to PJ Hogan and wife Emily, Holly, Heather, and Madison Hogan. Also survived by her great-grandson Casey Hogan.

Born in Virginia, Mary was raised in Boston. There she met the love of her life, Bill. After marrying Bill in 1966, the couple moved to Norwell in 1968 where they raised their three children.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her four grandchildren and Emily. She loved to watch Madison play softball and PJ play basketball. She liked to go out to eat at Texas Roadhouse with her granddaughters and go to the mall, especially Macy's.

Mary had a passion for Bingo and traveling on cruises with her husband. She enjoyed multiple trips to Disney World, Vermont to visit friends  and weekends in New Hampshire. Mary loved Dunkin' Donuts and spent many mornings there with Bill and Madison.

Mary will be missed by her family and friends and will be remembered.

Visiting hours on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 10-12 noon in McNamara Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer Street, COHASSET, followed by a graveside service in Washington Street Cemetery at 12:45 pm.
