Michael F. Meallo, age 50, of Hanover, formerly of Cohasset, died March 6, 2012 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Jennifer (Schmitt) and the devoted father of Katharine Hannah Meallo and Max Gerard Meallo of Hanover. Also survived by his parents, Albert and Paula Meallo of Cohasset, his brother Gregory Meallo of Scituate and sister, Melissa Meallo Zani of Exeter, NH.

Michael was a graduate of Cohasset High School, Class of 1979.  He was the owner of Meallo Landscaping, a devoted coach of Hanover youth sports, and a member of the Hingham Sons of Italy and the West Corner Bocce League.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 10 am at St. Anthony Church, 10 Summer St., Cohasset. Visiting hours omitted and interment private.
