Patricia A. Tsoumas passed away Sunday, September 20th, in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and friends overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  She leaves behind her beloved husband of 49 years Harold Tsoumas, her two daughters Andrea Tsoumas and Jenifer Tsoumas Sullivan and son-in-law Brian J. Suliivan.  She also leaves behind her brothers Joseph "Buddy" Saccardo, Tommy Saccardo and sister-in-law MaryAnn Saccardo, her nieces Christine Saccardo and Lisa Tobin, nephew Joseph Saccardo and as well as her grand nieces and nephews Michael, Sarah and Emily Saccardo and Kayli and Ryan Tobin.  Her brother in-law Thomas A. Tsoumas and sister-in-law Patricia Tsoumas, her niece Tammy Tsoumas and nephew Troy Tsoumas.  Patricia was born and raised in Dorchester and lived in Weymouth, Hingham and recently resided in Hull, MA.

A Funeral Mass will celebrated on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 12 noon in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours omitted. Interment Private. A Reception in Celebration of Patti's life will follow at the Atlantica Restaurant.
