Patricia A. (Tobin) Horgan, age 91, of Norwell, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Francis M. Horgan, Patricia was the loving sister of Margaret M. Tobin of Hull and the beloved aunt of Elizabeth Newman, Walter Masucci, Frederick Masucci, and Margaret Masucci. She is survived by eight great nieces and nephews.

Patricia was graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Roxbury and Chandler Secretarial School. She worked for many years until retirement as the Secretary to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Senate.
