Patricia A. (Travers) Turner, age 85, of Scituate, and Hutchison Island, Florida, formerly of Jamaica Plain passed away on September 27, 2014. Beloved wife of John "Jack" Turner, Jr. and sister of the late Katherine M. Travers. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and sister in law Nancie T. Donelan of Scituate, and Geraldine Cummings of Belmont.

Mrs. Turner was an honorary member of the Scituate Garden Club, a longtime and honorary member of the Scituate Harbor Yacht Club. She was  a member of the Neighborhood Club of Quincy, Hatherly Country Club, Island Dunes Club of Florida, as well as the Stuart YNC of Florida. In her early years, Patricia worked as a flight attendant for North East Airlines.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 11 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours prior to the Funeral Mass in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 160 South Main St. (across from St. Anthony Church) on Oct. 1, 2014 from 9 am- 11 am. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Scituate. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Patricia may be made to the Scituate Etrusco, 1 Common St., Scituate, MA. 02066.
