Pauline "Polly" (Laugelle) Litchfield, age 78, of Cohasset and Naples, FL, formerly of Scituate, passed away on August 29, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Marsh Litchfield and companion of the late Donald Pospeshil. Devoted and loving mother of Martin McGinn and his wife, Marjorie of Marshfield, Peter Litchfield and wife, Linda of Cohasset, John Litchfield of Scituate, Joseph Litchfield of Cohasset, Beth-Ann Litchfield of Scituate, Laura Beth Howe of Falmouth. Grandmother of Shannon, David, Brian, Kacy, Colby, Taylor, Jenna, Keely, Tyler, Brendan, Travis. Sister of Ann, Lucy, Joseph, Peter, and the late Louis, Barbara, Anthony, Mary, Rose, Elizabeth, and Rocco Laugelle.
Polly was a longtime member of the St. Anthony's Parish and a retired employee of the Town of Cohasset.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours omitted. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Shore VNA & Hospice of the South Shore, 100 BayState Drive, Braintree, MA. 02184
