Peter Anthony Kerner of Scituate, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 19, 2014 after a long battle with ALS. He was born in NY, NY on April 18, 1946, grew up in Westhampton Beach, NY and lived in Longmeadow, MA. Peter was a successful executive in the athletic and footwear industry. He was a sailor, a patriot, and a friend to many. He was inspirational and passionate in his beliefs. Peter is survived by his wife Beth; his sister Suzy; his daughter Jennifer Chamberlain, her husband Toby and their children TJ, Benjamin-deceased, and Zack; his daughter Heather Haddick, her husband Jason and their children Oliver and Peter; his daughter Pipere Sailer, her husband Mike and their children Ali, Garrett and Anders; his daughter Addie Kerner and his daughter Skyler Kerner.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Peter at 9:30AM at St. Anthony's Church in Cohasset, MA on Saturday, November 22, 2014. In lieu of flowers please send donations to alsfamily.org or ccals.org in Peter Kerner's name.
