Richard J. Seibert  MD, of Norwell age 77, passed away on May 6, 2015. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Myrtle (Yedica) Seibert.  Devoted husband of Donna (O'Connor) and father of Rick and Jeff Seibert , Jacksonville Fl and Keith O'Connor Seibert, Studio City , CA.  Proud grandfather of Emma and Paisley O'Connor and uncle of Eva and Dawn Wilson, WI, Jonathan Dibassio, Laurie Patterson and Amy Hazzard.  Dr. Seibert was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Marquette Medical School, and completed his neurosurgical residency at Tufts University Medical Center, Boston. He was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army and a Captain in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. As a partner in South Suburban Neurosurgical Associates, Dr. Seibert was on the medical staff locally at South Shore Hospital, Milton, Quincy and Carney Hospitals until his retirement.  Funeral arrangements are private.
