Robert A. Winslow, age 69, of Brockton, formerly of Hanover, passed away suddenly on August 22, 2013 at home. Beloved father of Darlene Winslow Perry and her husband Tom of So. Weymouth, and son Frank Winslow also of So. Weymouth. Loving grandfather of Nicholas, Nicole, and Stacy Perry all of So. Weymouth. Brother of Phillip Winslow, Virginia Sargent, Judy St. George, Donald Winslow, Paul Winslow, and Karen Davis.

Bob grew up at the family home on East Street in Hanover. He shared his strong passion for music with family, friends and even strangers. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, Vietnam era. Bob worked for the Laborer's Union, Local 133.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 4-8 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St. (off Rt. 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center. Interment at VA Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to programs and veterans at the VA Medical Center Brockton, 940 Belmont St., Brockton, MA. 02301.
