Ruth P.  (Palmer) Messner, age 78, of Hull, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2024. Ruth was the only child of the late Robert and Grace (Clark) Palmer.  Devoted wife of the late James A. Messner and loving mother of Kimberly McClelland and her husband Robert of Scituate, Pamela Rivieccio and her late husband Anthony of Hull, and Patricia St. Clair and her husband Gary of Taunton. Ruth was the beloved grandmother of Erin, Lauren, Robyn, and Colleen McClelland, Anthony Rivieccio,  Angela Sestito Alves and the late Anthony Sestito. Great-grandmother of Sofia and Cassia Alves.
