Ruth H. (Walsh) DeGiacomo, age 81 of Cohasset, formerly of Hingham, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on March 18, 2011. Beloved wife of 58 years of William F., Sr. Devoted mother of Laura Coughlan of Deerfield Beach, FL., Lisa Smith and her husband, James of Hingham, William, Jr. and his wife, Sandra of Scituate, David of Quincy, Amy Spall and her husband, Steven of Hingham, Emily Naughton and her husband, Paul of No. Kingstown, RI. Sister of Patricia Smyth of MD. Cherished grandmother of twelve.

Ruth will be missed but never forgotten by all who loved her.

Visiting hours Sunday, March 20 from 4-8 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset.

Service Information

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 21, 2011 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset.

Interment Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.
