Thomas (Tom) Kelley, age 82, most recently of Brockton and formerly of Scituate, Florida, and Cape Cod, passed away December 4, 2025.

 He was born in Boston, lived in Jamaica Plain, and summered in Scituate. His family moved full-time to Scituate where Tom graduated from high school. Tom was an athlete and passionate about college football, especially the BC Eagles to which he had season tickets. He was also a devout Catholic and attended daily mass. Tom was an US Army Veteran and worked in his family’s plumbing and heating business. 

Tom is preceded in death by his parents John and Margaret (Peggy Rea) Kelley and his sister Marie Ciolkosz. He is survived by his brother John (Elinor) Kelley, sister Jane Kelley, and brother-in-law Frank Ciolkosz. Tom also leaves behind his nephew Terry Ciolkosz, niece Kristen (Richard) Kropp and nephews Peter and David Kelley. The family would like to thank the staff at Alliance Health at West Acres Brockton and BMC Brighton for their care and compassion for Tom.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11am at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate, MA. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Scituate, MA.
