Timothy L. Horigan, Jr., age 79, of Minot, formerly of Milton, passed away at home on May 11, 2014. Beloved husband of Susan M. (Farrell) and the late Barbara (Curley). Loving father of Timothy L. Horigan, III of Scituate, Barbara Levy and husband Joe of Portsmouth, RI., Al "Trip" Lincoln III and wife Thies of Middleboro, Chad Lincoln and wife Sonia of Raynham, and KC Horigan and husband Devin Berthiaume of Seattle, WA. Adoring grandfather of eight. Brother of Richard Horigan of Amsterdam, NY; Mary Catherine Frank of Townsend, MD; and Alice Caires of Honolulu, HI. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
Mr. Horigan was a graduate of St. Sebastian's Country Day School, Boston College, and Boston College Law School. Tim was a lover of donkeys, pigs, goats, horses, dogs, chickens, fast cars, a good tune, Brigham's hot fudge sundaes, family and life.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 4-7:30 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St. (across from St. Anthony Church), Cohasset. Interment Cohasset Central Cemetery, Cohasset. In honor of Tim, the family requests, you wear bright colors, a bow tie, and a smile.
