Vincent T. McKelvey, 72,  of Simsbury, Connecticut, previously of Cleveland, Ohio and Dallas, Texas passed away on August 22nd, 2023,  after a short battle with cancer. He was born January 21, 1951,  on the U.S. Naval base in Yokosuka, Japan, to Vincent T McKelvey Sr and Joan Riley McKelvey . Vince graduated from St. Louis High School, Honolulu, Hawaii and St. Bonaventure University, Olean, New York. Most of his career was spent in Transportation and Construction Management.

Vince is survived by his daughter Maria (husband Jason Zlotoff) and sons Paul (wife Jenna Smigel) and John (girlfriend Logan Paul). He is also survived by his brothers, Paul and his wife Barbara, of Oak Bluffs, MA, and James (Jay) and his wife Mary of Cohasset, MA. He is grandfather of Pearce Victoria, Blakely Rita, Lindsay Olivia and Carter Jake. He is uncle to Christopher, Michael J., Annie, James, Kate, and Michael P. McKelvey. He is also survived by his wife Maryann Correnti McKelvey.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated on September 15, 2023 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Cohasset, Ma. Burial followed at Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset, MA.
