Virginia F. (Grassie) Huntwork, age 99, of Cohasset, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2014 surrounded by her children and loved ones. Born in Cohasset on March 25, 1915, Virginia was a lifelong Cohasset resident. She was married to Cohasset Policeman and WW II veteran, Frederick L. Huntwork, Sr. for 60 years. She is survived by her son Frederick L. Huntwork, Jr. and his husband, Warren R. Nicoli, her daughter Melissa A. Richardson and husband John W. of Scituate. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Rebecca L. Guyer, David W. Richardson, and Colby A. Richardson, and many nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Joseph Grassie, Lillian Grassie, Mary Migliaccio, Clarence Grassie, and George Grassie.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours Tuesday, April 8 from 4-8 pm in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer St.(across from St. Anthony Church) Cohasset. Interment Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.
