Obituary
Virginia M. (Nelsen) Reardon, age 92, of Scituate, formerly of Dorchester, passed away on July 1, 2015. Beloved wife of the late John W. Reardon and devoted mother of Robert C. Reardon of Scituate, Janis Spaine of Australia. Sister of the late Ethel Brannan, Dorothy Murphy, and Betty Thompson. Aunt of Jackie Gaiser of New Jersey and sister in law of Jeane Roche of Kingston. Also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Raised in Dorchester, Virginia was a proof reader and compugraphic operator for South Shore Publishing Co. After retirement, she volunteered at the South Shore Life Care Activities Dept. She also sang solo at Symphony Hall and St Mark's Church in Dorchester and for weddings.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 10 am in St. Anthony Church, Cohasset. Visiting hours omitted. Interment Private in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Truro, MA.
